How To Cook Your Lobster

Put 1 1/2 - 2 inches of water in pot

(You may put a pinch of salt in or use seawater)

Bring to boil and add lobsters

Begin cooking time when water comes back to boil

Up to 1-1/2 pound lobsters 18 to 20 minutes

1-1/2 to 2 pound lobsters 20 to 25 minutes

Add about 5 minutes/pound for bigger lobsters
